JINGTONG® polyethylene (PE) pipes are manufactured in high-density polyethylene(HDPE) raw materials,premium PE100 pipe grades. For the purpose of providing the finest HDPE Pipes to our clients, we engage in using the highest standard of raw materials and the latest manufacturing technology in their manufacture. Because of HDPE pipes advantages, the offered range is dimensionally accurate, has commendable sturdiness and is highly resistance to corrosion. Further, for maintenance of quality standards, manufacturing is done as per the industry set norms and guidelines.

The inner wall of PE pipe is smooth, and does not change with the service time. PE irrigation pipe is widely used in agricultural irrigation.The friction resistance is small, energy saving, pressure loss is about 30% smaller than that of steel pipe, and the diameter smaller than that of steel pipe can be selected. It has good hygienic properties, no additives and no possibility of polluting drinking water. ISO standard graded polyethylene material is grade 0 (the lowest level), no mildew material. Compared with other commonly used plastic materials, polyethylene has much higher mildew resistance and no fouling in long-term use.

HDPE pipe is mainly used in municipal engineering water supply system, building indoor water supply system, outdoor buried water supply system and residential quarters, plant buried water supply system, old pipeline repair, water treatment engineering pipeline system, industrial water pipes in gardens, irrigation and other compression water conveying fields. However, it should be noted that HDPE pipes can not be used in hot water pipes. Usually pe pipe /pe tube working temperature is 40℃ allowance.
