5 billion USD investment ! The 2nd phase of water diversion in central Yunnan will start at the end of AUG

The approval of the "Preliminary Design Report for the Second Phase of the Supporting Project of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion" marks the completion of the preliminary work of the second phase of the supporting project of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion with an investment of about 5 billion USD, and has entered the construction and implementation stage.

And this project is expected to start at the end of August.
